Who pays for my Realtor?
There are several ways a Real Estate professional can be paid.
The commissions paid are commonly part of the closing costs.
A buyer may opt for Buyer Broker Representation. This contract ususlly spells out how compensation will be addressed. The buyer may be required to pay a retainer fee , which can be reimbured back as a credit at close of escrow.
They seller may offer the full fee paid for the buyers agent as part of the MLS agreement.
